For longer sessions, a larger deposit may be required.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If cancellation occurs with more than 48 hours notice, you may use the deposit towards another appointment, only once.
We will not hold your deposit indefinitely. If a new booking is not made within 7 days of rescheduling, we will assume you no longer want your tattoo and you will forfeit your deposit.
If you choose to make a larger deposit, it is still subject to our policy.
If you disregard our booking conditions, your deposit may also be forfeited.
Booking Conditions
Avoid drinking excess alcohol and ensure you have eaten properly and are well hydrated prior to your appointment.
If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or we suspect that you are, we cannot tattoo you, and you will forfeit your deposit.
The studio is a drug and alcohol free zone.
Please fill in the consent form honestly and in full. Ticking “yes” in a box doesn’t automatically mean we cannot tattoo you, but we must know all relative information so we can inform you of any risks. It’s for your own safety as well as ours.
If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and another deposit placed.
The Tattooing of Minors Act 1969 makes it illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to get a tattoo. Parental consent on this matter is not, and never has been acceptable either.
If you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, photo ID should be bought with you on the day.
Anyone under 16 looking to get a piercing will need to bring a parent with them to the appointment. We will only pierce 13+, and it is up to the discretion of the piercer as to whether they feel it is appropriate and correct for the client. We will not perform certain piercings for people in this age bracket.
Please note that it is illegal to pierce genitals or female nipples under the age of 18.
Please look after your tattoo/ piercing and follow aftercare advice, this is your responsibility.
If you have followed the aftercare instructions (and we’ll know if you haven’t), you are eligible for a free touch up service if it is needed, between two weeks and three months after the initial appointment. If it is outside of this timeframe or you have not followed the aftercare instructions provided, this will be treated as a new appointment, with the shops £50 minimum charge in place.
Tattoo Aftercare Instructions
No more than 2 hours after the procedure , take off the cling film/ dressing. Wash the tattoo with a mild non-cosmetic soap (such as a bar of Detol or Dove) in lukewarm water. Rinse and pat dry (do not rub!) with a clean towel and apply a thin layer of the aftercare balm (we have aftercare for sale at the studio, alternatively, we recommend Palmers Cocoa Butter).
Repeat this process once to twice daily until your tattoo heals. Your tattoo should be fully healed within 2-3 weeks.
Do keep your tattoo clean.
Do wear loose sitting clothing around the tattooed area if required.
Do not re-wrap your tattoo after taking off the initial covering, unless advised by your tattooist.
Do not pick at any scabbing.
Do not submerge your tattoo in water until healed.
Do not use fake tan or sun bed until healed.
Do not swim or use a sauna until your tattoo is healed.
Do not verily expose your tattoo to direct sunlight.
Do contact us if you have any questions.
We offer a free touch-up service between 2 weeks and 3 months after the initial tattoo if required. Please note this does not include any additions to the design, and excludes anyone who doesn’t adhere to our aftercare guidance.
Piercing Aftercare Instructions
All initial piercings are fitted with implant grade titanium jewellery which is hypoallergenic and nickel free. We use longer jewellery in new piercings to allow for any swelling, but this can be downsized within 6 weeks. Ask your piercer for further details.
Piercings should be cleaned 1-2 times a day with saline solution. You can buy this pre-made at any reputable pharmacy, or you can make it up yourself at home, following these instructions. Dissolve a teaspoon of sea salt into a mug of boiling water and allow it to cool. Apply the saline solution to the site of the piercing using a clean cotton pad or bud. Do this daily until your piercing is fully healed (ask your piercer how long this usually takes), then continue to do this, but less frequently.
Oral piercings should be maintained by using alcohol free mouthwash, or gargling saline water twice daily. This is also recommended after eating, smoking, or vaping.
Do clean your piercing twice daily initially.
Do ensure your hands are clean before touching your piercing.
Do not twist or fiddle with jewellery.
Do contact us if you have any questions.
